Dispute Resolution Policy & Procedure
We welcome feedback/complaints from the student as this will assist us to improve the learning environment and provide high quality education services.
TEG International College has set up a close-loop feedback and complaint management system to gather and address all feedback/complaints received either from students, staff, external partners or the public. The School will investigate and act to resolve concerns within twenty (21) working days, depending on the complexity of each case.
