Student

International students are required to apply for a Student’s Pass if he/she wishes to pursue full-time studies in Singapore.

TEG International College will submit the Student’s Pass application to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) via the Student’s Pass OnLine Application & Registration+ (SOLAR+) system before the course commencement date.

Document Required for Student's Pass Application:

  • TEG International College Application Form
  • Applicant's Birth Certificate
    -Notary certified true copies for both original and English translation
  • Applicant's Education Certificate and Result Transcripts
    -Notary certified true copies for both original and English translation
  • Documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statement/fixed deposit accounts/saving accounts (for VISA-required countries)
  • Applicant's and/or parent's letter of employment with English translation (for VISA-required countries)
  • Applicant's recent passport-sized photographs or scanned copy in JPEG format (400x514 pixels) and no more than 60 Kbytes in file size
  • Photocopy of Applicant's valid passport
  • Duly signed S-3 Student Acknowledgement Form
  • Duly signed S-4 Student Escrow Confirmation Form
  • Photocopy of local sponsor's Singapore identity card, if applicable

Application Outcome

TEG International College will inform the students once outcome is obtained via (SOLAR+) system.

Completion of Formalities

All completion of formalities is strictly by appointment only.
TEG International College will make an e-appointment with ICA and arrange students go down to ICA.
For details about Collection of Student’s Pass, eg, required documents, medical check, students can refer to his/her In-Principle Approval Letter.

Course Application Fee : S$650 + GST 7%  = S$695.50

Cancellation of Student's Pass

Students are required to surrender their Student's Pass cards to TEG International College for cancellation within 7 days from the date of cessation or termination of their study.

TEG International College will submit an application of Student’s Pass cancellation online via e-Cancellation.

Change of Local Address

According to the Immigration Regulations 19(3)(b), the foreign student is required to report any changes in his/her address in Singapore within 14 days of such change.

Students are required to complete “Particulars Update Form” and submit to Student Services Centre within 7 days from the date of change. TEG International College will report the change to ICA via e-Update of Address.

Replacement of Loss Student's Pass

Foreign students who have lost their Student's Pass and/or the Visit Pass and Disembarkation / Embarkation cards are required to apply for a replacement within 7 days from the date of loss.

The students may call in person at ICA Student's Pass Unit, Monday to Friday (8.00am to 4.30pm), Saturday (8am to 12.30pm) by obtaining a queue ticket at the Self Service Kiosk at Visitor Services Centre, 4th Storey ICA Building, with the following documents:

  • Valid travel document and a photocopy of the personal biodata page;
  • A letter from the school stating that the applicant is currently a registered student of the school;
  • Duly completed eForm 16 and signed by the applicant; and
  • Original copy of the Police report

The processing time for first time replacement of lost cards is 2 weeks while the processing time for second or subsequent losses is 4 weeks.
